Why is my phone stuck in SOS mode?

If a phone is stuck in SOS mode, it likely can't access your mobile network, unless you're calling emergency services. It can be caused by various factors, such as weak signal coverage, SIM card issues, network outages, incorrect network settings, or software bugs. Restarting the phone, turning off Airplane Mode, verifying mobile network settings, resetting the SIM card, resetting network settings, and software updates are all common solutions for getting the device back to normal service. If you continue to experience issues after attempting the above, call your carrier to verify that there are no restrictions on your account, outages in the network, or problems with the SIM.

When a phone shows SOS mode, it usually means there is a problem connecting to the mobile network. Restarting the device, checking the SIM card, and updating network settings can often solve the issue. If the problem continues, contacting tm customer service can help check account details, network problems, or possible SIM-related issues.
